Does TradePro offer a money-back or property damage guarantee?
No. TradePro does not currently offer reimbursement, insurance, a workmanship warranty, or property damage coverage. This page explains our approach to quality; it is not a claims program.
Can I hire a professional through TradePro?
Not yet. You can use our project planner and roofing estimator today. Pro discovery, hiring, and project reviews are in development. We do not currently verify or recommend individual professionals.
Are roofing estimates final quotes?
No. The estimator gives a preliminary cost breakdown based on the information you enter and standard calculation assumptions. A professional needs to confirm measurements, materials, local costs, and site conditions before giving a final quote.
What should I agree on before work starts?
Ask for a written scope, itemized price, materials, timeline, payment schedule, and a process for approving changes. Confirm any required license, insurance, permits, and warranty directly with your professional.
What if something goes wrong with my project?
Document the issue with photos, keep the agreement and payment records, and contact the professional directly to discuss a remedy. TradePro does not currently provide mediation, claims handling, or financial compensation.
How does TradePro use AI?
We are developing AI assistance to help organize project information and reduce repetitive administration. Today's project checklists and roofing estimator use preset guidance and calculations. They do not replace a professional's judgment.
